On November 27, 2013, 45-year-old Svetlana Zubritskaya, the head of the administration of the Ershovsky district of the Saratov region, filed a complaint with the police about an inscription on the wall with signs of extremism.

We are talking about the inscription on the hospital building in the village of Perekopnoye. The author of the graffiti demanded to expel the Kurds, as well as a certain Pisareva (the administration of the village of Perekopnoe is headed by 39-year-old Elena Pisareva).

The attacker who left the inscription has been identified.
