Ukraine: Tesak’s new bullying

In October 2013, in Kharkov (Ukraine), Russian neo-Nazi Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesak) bullied someone he considered to be representatives of non-traditional sexual orientation and posted a video of bullying on the Internet. In addition, Tesak and his “comrades-in-arms” carried out a similar attack on the star of the TV show "X-factor" Alexander Bogun (originally from Sevastopol). Videos of bullying were posted on the Internet.

Tesak, together with his “comrades-in-arms,” dragged two young people, who were considered homosexuals, to one of the houses on Pavlovo Pole near the 23 August metro station. The attackers shaved the teenagers' hair in the middle and painted their heads in all the colors of the rainbow, which is a symbol of representatives of the LGBT movement.

Three videos were posted on the Nazi skinhead's social media page, two of which show his victims dancing. On the first frame, Tesak himself is visible, he stands between young people stripped to the waist, who look about 16 years old. When the camera pans to the side, it is clear that there are several other young people in the room. In another video, those caught are forced to dance a slow dance. Judging by the comments under the video, Tesak himself performs the song, he also gives instructions on how to move.

According to rumors, Tesak came to Kharkov to open an analogue of the Occupy Pedophilia project. Recall that the Occupy Pedophilia group was organized on the VKontakte network by Tesak in order to " find people suspected of pedophilia, catch them, shoot videos, on which these people are subjected to moral humiliation and physical violence, and then post the video "on the Internet. Territorial offices "Occupy Pedophilia" have been created in more than 30 cities of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova.

It is also reported about the attack in Sevastopol in October 2013 by Maxim Martsinkevich with "comrades-in-arms" on the star of the TV show "X-factor" Alexander Bohun.

The victim's lawyer Elena Khersonskaya stated that the neo-Nazis accused Bohun "of having had sexual contact with a minor " and lured him to a meeting. After that, a video appeared where the 24-year-old singer was shaved part of the head, painted with markers, forced to drink a mug of urine, and also several liters were poured over the head. "Eight thugs bullied a puny guy almost three hours: they put a gun to the head, and a knife to the left side," the lawyer added. Under such pressure, the singer admitted that he allegedly tried to persuade a 14-year-old boy to have sex.

Bohun left a statement in the Sevastopol Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, criminal proceedings have been opened under the article on hooliganism.

The singer was hospitalized - as a result of torture, he developed left-sided post-traumatic pneumonia.

Recall that Martsinkevich headed the interregional public association "Format-18", recognized as extremist by the decision of the Moscow City Court of December 20, 2010 year . "Format-18" specialized in the production and sale of videos with scenes of Nazi skinheads torturing homeless people and Asian guest workers. The cleaver was convicted in 2008 for a nationalist provocation in the Bilingua club in February 2007.
