In Bashkiria, the court fined a resident of Magnitogorsk, created a religious association whose members communicated with spirits and beat themselves whip.
On December 10, 2013, the Investigative Committee of the RF Investigative Committee for the Republic of Bashkortostan reported about the sentence of 27-year-old resident of the city of Magnitogorsk Dinara Farvazova. Court found her guilty under Part 1 of Art. 239 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of an association infringing on the personality and rights of citizens).
The court recognized that in June 2013 she organized a religious association "Horde". In its activities, this religious association, according to investigation and court, used "psychotechnologies with a change in consciousness", "kamchevanie" (lashes) and communication with the spirits of the dead. Affected by the activities of the "Horde" eight people are recognized.
D. Farvazova was fined 100 thousand rubles.
Recall that "Horde" is included in the Federal List extremist organizations and banned in several Russian regions.
