In the Khabarovsk Territory, a sentence was passed for a video on the VKontakte network.

In December 2013, M. Zhukov was convicted in Khabarovsk for a video recording of the TAZ-Russian Riot group posted on the VKontakte social network.

The court of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Khabarovsk passed a sentence on M. Zhukov. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of hatred and enmity, as well as humiliation of the dignity of a person and a group of persons on the grounds of nationality, origin, attitude to religion).

The court found that on April 29, 2012, Zhukov on his page in the social network "VKontakte" posted in the public domain a video with the song of the TAZ-Russian Riot group, which was recognized by the decision of the Central District Court of Khabarovsk as extremist material.

The court sentenced Zhukov to 6 months of corrective labor with the deduction of 5% of his earnings to the state. The verdict has not yet entered into force.
