Tesak arrested in absentia

On December 13, 2013, the Kuntsevsky District Court of Moscow arrested in absentia a neo-Nazi, the leader of the Occupy Pedophilia movement Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesak).

The Kuntsevsky District Court granted in absentia the petition for a measure of restraint in the form of detention of Maksim Martsinkevich. The cleaver was put on the international wanted list on suspicion of committing a crime under paragraph a, part 2, art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity with the use of violence or with the threat of its use).

The accusation against the well-known neo-Nazi was filed on November 29. The criminal case against Martsinkevich appeared after he posted three videos on a social network. Two of them were posted on September 14 - under the titles "Throw out the chock! Election Campaigning! and “Killer about the film Stalingrad and the situation in Biryulyovo”, and one on September 28 - “Killer about the film Okolofutbol”.

Recently, Tesak has been posting photos taken in Cuba on his social media page.

Martsinkevich's lawyer Matvey Tseng said that he is not yet aware of the arrest in absentia his client.

Recall that Martsinkevich headed the interregional public association "Format-18", recognized as extremist by the decision of the Moscow City Court of December 20, 2010 year . "Format-18" specialized in the production and sale of videos with scenes of Nazi skinheads torturing homeless people and Asian guest workers.
The cleaver was convicted in 2008 for a nationalist provocation in the Bilingua club in February 2007. In 2009, he was convicted again for posting a video of staging the hanging of a "Tajik drug dealer". December 31, 2010 year, the term of M. Martsinkevich's imprisonment ended and he was released, after which he took up new “projects”, including the “Occupy Pedophilia” project. On November 7, 2013, right-wing websites spread information that a criminal case had been opened in Moscow according to part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national and social hatred) against Martsinkevich. A photo of the decision to initiate appeared in the group criminal case. The authenticity of this document is questionable.
In January 2013, the Latvian authorities banned the media Tesaku entry into the country.
On the night of February 15-16, 2013 in Minsk, Tesak was detained in Minsk (Belarus) after a fight with anti-fascists. In March, the case against Tesak was closed .
In October 2013, it was reported that Tesak bullied those whom he considered to be representatives non-traditional sexual orientation in Kharkiv (Ukraine) and an attack on a TV show star "X-factor" Alexander Bogun (originally from Sevastopol). Videos from bullying were posted on the Internet.
