On December 31, 2013, in the city of Murmansk, a criminal investigation into the incitement of national hatred was completed (Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code).
A local resident who, as an administrator in the “Slavic North” group on the social network VKontakte, published racist texts calling for violence, will soon be in the dock.
The accused fully admitted his guilt, his case will be considered in a special procedure (see the SOVA Center’s certificate “ Special procedure for trial ”).
It has already been transferred to the Pervomaisky District Court of Murmansk.
