Another member of the neo-Nazi group Volkssturm was detained in St. Petersburg

On January 13, 2014, he was detained in St. Petersburg 25-year-old young man, who since 2008 was wanted by suspicion of complicity in the activities of the neo-Nazi group "Volksshtrurm", operating in the Sverdlovsk region.

The young man is reportedly suspected of murder two or more people motivated by national hatred (paragraphs "a, g, l" part 2 Art. 105 of the Criminal Code), of committing at least six attempted murders based on national hatred (part 3 of article 30 of the Criminal Code and subparagraphs “a, g, l” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code), in complicity in at least 16 episodes of incitement to national hatred using violence (paragraphs “a, c” of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code), in the commission of three robbery attacks with infliction of grievous bodily harm (paragraph “c” of part 4 of article 162 of the Criminal Code), as well as participation in extremist community and several more robberies and assaults (paras. "a, d" part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code and part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code, respectively).

Recall that on June 29, 2011, the Sverdlovsk Regional Court delivered a verdict in the case of the Volkssturm group. Were condemned Mikhail Rusakov, Vladimir Klimanov, Alexei Varovin, Talgat Mingalimov, and more five members of the gang were released due to the expiration of the statute of limitations on the incriminated them offenses.

In March 2013, the Sverdlovsk Regional Court delivered a verdict in the case of two more members of this group: Alexander Solovyov and Alexander Minin.
