Anti-pedophile fighter detained for robbery

On January 17, 2014, police officers detained Andrey Makarov, the leader of the Stone Against pedophiles movement, on suspicion of robbery.

The suspect's lawyer reported that they came to her client's apartment with a search, after which they took her to the police department. One of the victims wrote a statement to the police that Makarov had taken his cell phone and 1,500 rubles. After that, a criminal case was initiated against Makarov under Part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code (robbery committed by a group of persons by prior agreement).

He has not yet been charged.

The "Stone Against" movement searched for pedophiles via the Internet with the help of minors who came into contact with the attacker and lured him to a meeting. Members of the movement came to the appointed place, "after which they interviewed the alleged pedophile, filming everything that happened on video ." According to the lawyer, now "Stone Against" is an independent an organization that uses non-violent methods".

"The Stone Against movement is actually an offshoot of the Occupy Pedophilia movement, created by Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesak).

Recall that Martsinkevich headed the interregional public association "Format-18", recognized as extremist by the decision of the Moscow City Court of December 20, 2010 year . "Format-18" specialized in the production and sale of videos with scenes of Nazi skinheads torturing homeless people and Asian guest workers.
