Fine for "Miracles of the Koran" - now in Perm

At the end of January 2014, the Kirovsky District Court of Perm fined a resident of the city who posted the film "Miracles of the Koran" on the social network "VKontakte".

At the end of January 2014, it became known that on January 22, 2014, the Kirovsky District Court of Perm found a resident of Perm guilty of an offense under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of extremist materials) and sentenced him to a fine of 1,000 rubles "with the confiscation of extremist material from the website address and from all internal and external storage media located on the computer he uses." The resolution has not entered into force.

The case was considered at the suit of the prosecutor's office of the Kirovsky district of Perm, which saw an offense in the fact that a Permian posted the film "Miracles of the Koran" on the page on the social network "VKontakte" under the pseudonym "Ildar Nartdinov".

Recall that the film "Miracles of the Koran", included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under number 873 by the decision of the Nefteyugansk City Court of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra of the Tyumen Region of 04/07/2011, from our point of view, was illegally recognized as extremist.
