On February 17, 2014, a Moscow court sentenced 20-year-old neo-Nazi Gleb Tsyba to 5.5 years in prison in a strict regime colony. The ultra-right was accused of attacking anti-fascist Vladimir Kiselyov, possession of weapons and inciting hatred or hostility motivated by hatred.
On February 17, 2014, to the Zyuzinsky Court the unemployed Muscovite Gleb Tsyba was sentenced of Moscow. Tsyba was found guilty under paragraph "a" part 3 of Art. 111 (causing grievous bodily harm by a group of persons by prior agreement), Part 1 of Art. 222 (storage weapons), part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).
According to investigators, Tsyba actively promoted the ideas of fascism and nationalism. Investigators for a long time tracked his page on the social network "VKontakte", where Tsyba " published texts calling for violent actions against representatives of other nationalities ."
On December 14, 2012, Tsyba, together with an accomplice, attacked the anti-fascist Kiselev near his house. Tsyba stabbed Kiselyov twice, and another attacker shot him twice in the head.
The forensic medical examination recognized Tsyba as fully sane.
The court also satisfied the civil claim of the victim and recovered 300 thousand rubles in favor of Kiselyov.
