A monument to Lenin was desecrated in Transbaikalia

On the night of March 20-21, 2014, in the village of Pervomaisky, Trans-Baikal Territory, unknown vandals mutilated and set fire to a monument to Lenin.

On the night of March 20-21, in the village of Pervomaisky, Shilkinsky district, mutilated and set fire to a monument to Lenin, reported in Trans-Baikal Regional Committee of the Communist Party.
Deputy Nikolai Merzlikin informed his colleagues in the regional parliament about this and stated that " the communists of Transbaikalia express indignation and concern about the act of vandalism in Pervomaisk, especially considering the events in Ukraine ."

The deputies of the region decided to apply to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to immediately investigate the act of vandalism.
