Convicted for songs on the VKontakte network

In March 2014, Aslan Dzhaev was convicted in Tyumen for xenophobic songs on the VKontakte network.

The Leninsky District Court of Tyumen issued a verdict in a criminal case against 23-year-old Aslan Dzhaev. He was found guilty under part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred and enmity)

Jaev from May 2012 to January 2013 posted on his page on the social network "VKontakte" extremist songs "Paradise under the shadow of sabers" and "Hold on, Russia! We're going!", " Containing extremist appeals and statements aimed at inciting religious hatred ."

During the investigation and trial, the young man admitted his guilt and repented of his deed.

The court appointed Dzhaev 2 years of imprisonment conditionally with a probationary period of 3 years.
