The investigation into the Tesak case has been completed

On March 28, 2014, the investigation into the case of the leader of the movement was completed in Moscow “Occupy-pedophile” Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesak), who is accused under paragraph “a” of part 2 tbsp. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting ethnic hatred with the threat of violence).

Recall that the criminal case against Martsinkevich appeared after he posted three videos on the social network. Two of them were posted on September 14 - under the titles “Throw out the chock! Election Campaigning! and "Tesak about the film "Stalingrad" and the situation in Biryulyovo", and one on September 28 - "The Cleaver on the Film of the Football". On December 13, 2013, a Russian court ordered Martsinkevich's arrest in absentia. On January 27, 2014, Tesak was extradited to Moscow from Havana. Later, it was also clarified that the Moscow City Court recognized as lawful the extension until April 10 of the term of arrest of nationalist Maxim Martsinkevich.

Martsinkevich's lawyer said that all the videos at the initiative of the defense were examined by another group of linguists, " their conclusions also noted the nationalist nature of the comments, but the specialists involved in the defense did not find a call for interethnic hostility in Tesak's statements ."
