April 1, 2014 Magas District Court of the Republic Ingushetia recognized the Ingush opposition site habar.org as extremist.
According to the prosecutor's office, publications were posted on the website, recognized as extremist "for being contained in them public, deliberately false accusations of a person replacing the state position or public office of a subject of the Russian Federation" , the site editor took no action to remove them. These are two articles that are prohibited in 2012, "Mehk Khel calls in Sharia Court Head of the Republic of Ingushetia Yevkurova Yu-B.B. and REC Chairman Mussu Yevloev” and “In Ingushetia, Mekhk-Khel and public organizations have agreed unite their efforts”, which were included in the Federal List extremist materials numbered 2144. The authors of these texts accuse head of Ingushetia Yevkurov in electoral fraud on December 4, 2011, which should not be considered "knowingly false accusations", but a reason for public trial to establish the truth.
From our point of view, the materials due to which the site was banned habar.org were recognized as extremist unlawfully, accordingly, the prohibition of the site is also unlawful.
