Bui: fine for a banned song on a social network

In early April 2014, in the city of Bui, Kostroma Region, an Internet user was fined for posting a banned song on the social network VKontakte.

On April 11, 2014, it became known that the Buisky District Court under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of extremist materials) fined a local resident who posted in the public domain on audio recordings on his personal page on the VKontakte social network website an audio file that was recognized as extremist by an absentee decision of the Kominternovsky District Court of Voronezh on February 16, 2012. (Probably this is one of the songs of the group's recording "Kolovrat", recognized as extremist by the decision of the Kominternovsky District Court of Voronezh on February 16, 2012). The violation was discovered by the Bui interdistrict prosecutor's office according to information received from the FSB of Russia in the Kostroma region.

It should be noted that in January 2013 in the city of Bui the world The court considered a similar administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses against a young man who posted a banned audio recording on his page on the social network VKontakte "Kwt-Hero and R.O.A." (song of the neo-Nazi group "Kolovrat" "Heroes of R.O.A", p. 1240 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).
