At the end of April 2014, a university student was sentenced in the Astrakhan region for xenophobic songs calling for extremist activity.
On April 24, 2014, the Privolzhsky District Court of the Astrakhan Region issued a verdict in a criminal case against a 3rd year student of the Astrakhan State Technical University, Roman Dusaliev. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activity).
The court found that Dusaliev, " being an adherent of the National Socialist ideology, wrote lyrics calling for hostile actions against immigrants from the North Caucasus and Jews living in the territory of the Astrakhan region ." In March 2013, Dusaliyev also wrote the lyrics of the song " as an anthem to Hitler's birthday, containing a negative assessment of a group of people according to on the basis of nationality ." Dusaliev recorded the songs at a recording studio and posted them on the Internet.
In April 2013, Dusaliev organized his concert in one of the cafes in the city of Astrakhan, he invited everyone to the concert with the words " My dear lovers of extremism, I promise you there will be meat, public unrest is guaranteed ."
The court, taking into account the full recognition of the defendant's guilt, sentenced him to a total of 120 thousand rubles. Sources
