Debt for utility bills was recovered from the Perm diocese through the court

In the Perm Territory, a management company through the court obtained from the Perm diocese repayment of debt for utilities provided in 2012.

On April 28, 2014, the Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory satisfied the claim of the management company ProspektProfi LLC against the Perm diocese for debt compensation in the amount of 340 thousand rubles.

The plaintiff demanded to repay the debt for servicing the office space owned by the diocese in Perm, at 12 Monastyrskaya Street. The debt from January 2012 to January 2013 amounted to 599 thousand rubles plus 101 thousand rubles in penalties.

The defendant's representatives did not appear at the court hearing, but sent a written guarantee acknowledging the amount of the debt and a schedule for repaying it in installments over three months of 2014. In this regard, the plaintiff changed his demands and declared a new amount of debt - 225 thousand rubles and 115 thousand rubles in penalties. It was these claims that the court satisfied.
