Fan action in Pushkino

15 May 2014 in Pushkino (Moscow region) football fans held a procession and rally. The reason for the mass action was the murder of a fan "Spartacus" by Leonid Safyannikov, which took place on May 13.

22 year old Leonid Safyannikov died as a result of a domestic conflict that occurred on May 13 between him and two men, one of whom was a 25-year-old native Uzbekistan Jahongir Akhmedov. The young man was beaten and then staged a car accident. Later, Akhmedov, together with one of taxi drivers took Safyannikov to the hospital, where he died at night. May 15 Akhmedov was detained in Uzbekistan and sent to Moscow.

The fans gathered at 19:00 at the Pushkino railway station. The action grew into a spontaneous rally around railway station and procession through the city. Participants of the event chanting the slogans "Moscow without chock", "Russian forward" moved to hostel for migrants, where they were pushed back by riot police, then went to the administration cities.
