On May 16, 2014, it became known about the return of a large circulation of the newspaper "For Navalny", seized from the headquarters of his support a year ago, the examination did not find signs of extremism in them.

Recall that then the employees of the Kirov Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted a search in local support headquarters for Alexei Navalny under the pretext of checking "for extremism", the reason for which was an anonymous call. The entire circulation was sent for examination to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. An attempt by the headquarters staff to appeal the actions of law enforcement officers in the Pervomaisky District Court of Kirov were not crowned success: the court indicated to the fact that the investigator is obliged to accept and check the report on any committed or impending crime. In December 2013, it became known that Navalny and the leader Kirov branch of the "People's Alliance" Vitaly Bramm turned to Constitutional Court.

We also recall that, as we have repeatedly emphasized, to check texts for the content of signs of extremism in them, one or more several copies of printed materials, mass withdrawal is possible only when the materials are recognized by the court as extremist.
