A seminar on the problems of freedom of conscience was held in Vladivostok

On May 27, 2014, a scientific-practical seminar "Problems of the implementation of freedom of conscience in the regions: the Far East" was held in Vladivostok. It was organized by the Information and Analytical Center "Sova" and the School of the Humanities of the Far Eastern Federal University.

Seminar participants are religious scholars, lawyers, representatives of religious organizations, regional administration and local self-government bodies.

FEFU professor Svetlana Dudarenok, FEFU professor Oksana Fedirko, employees of the IAC "Sova" Olga Sibireva and Valeria Akhmetyeva, director of the Vladivostok branch of the Modern Humanitarian Academy Dmitry Vladimirov, head of the Alliance of Evangelical Churches of Primorye Alexander Krivobok made presentations.

After the reports, a discussion took place, during which the participants of the seminar discussed the most pressing problems of state-confessional relations in the region.
