The police have identified the user. It turned out to be a 46-year-old resident of St. Petersburg.
On this fact, a procedural decision was made. During a search at the suspect's place of residence, investigators found and seized a laptop. With regard to the detainee, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a written undertaking not to leave and proper behavior.
