In the Tver region, employees of the center "E" under the pretext search for explosives tried to interfere with the worship of Jehovah's Witnesses, but agreed to defer inspection until the end of service.

May 17, 2014 in the village of Yamok, Tver region, several buses with OMON fighters and employees of the Center "E" drove up to the building, where worship of Jehovah's Witnesses. According to the arrivals, they received information about the explosives planted in the premises and the presence in the building armed people.

The police cordoned off the area, blocked the entrances to the building and demanded to vacate the premises for examination and to produce documents. believers were asked to wait until the end of the service.

After waiting for the end of the service, the police checked present documents, and some have personal belongings.

The police then searched the premises and left.
