In Kaliningrad, a video file was recognized as extremist for the second time

At the end of May 2014, the prosecutor's office of the Moskovsky district of the city of Kaliningrad announced that the court recognized the video file "Appeal of the fighters of the Slavic Union to the Russians" as extremist.

The prosecutor's office found on the Internet in free access the video file "Appeal of the fighters of the Slavic Union to the Russians", in which experts from the NP "Southern Expert Center" of Volgograd found "linguistic, psychological and politological signs of arousal of national, racial or religious enmity and hatred .

The file was discovered as part of a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of national hatred or hostility, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

The district prosecutor sent an application to the court for the recognition of the video file "Appeal of the fighters of the Slavic Union to the Russians" as extremist material.

The court granted the prosecutor's application.

Recall that the video with the title "Appeal of the fighters of the Slavic Union to the Russians" was already recognized as extremist material by the Prikubansky district court of the city of Krasnodar on January 26, 2012 and on April 4, 2012 was added to the list under item 1128 .
