In June 2014, in the city of Chudovo, Novgorod Region, the court fined for 1000 rubles to a former kindergarten teacher for shouting out xenophobic insults against a 7-year-old girl.

In June 2014, in the city of Chudovo, Novgorod Region, the court considered administrative case against a former kindergarten teacher.

It is reported that the case under Part 1 of Art. 5.61 Administrative Code (insult) was launched against a woman after she publicly, in April of this year, began shouting xenophobic insults at a 7-year-old girl for her “non-Slavic appearance".

The court fined the ex-teacher 1,000 rubles.
