Today, the “Anonymous International” has posted documents into open access, from which you can learn a lot about the scandalously known cooperative “Pine”.
Among them, for example, the 2004 agreement on the sale of 116 thousand square meters. m in the Istrinsky district of the Moscow region for 1 million 116 thousand rubles. - That is, 10 rubles per square meter or a thousand rubles per hundred. The market value of the hundreds in neighboring areas is approximately $ 25,000- $ 40,000, that is, a plot worth about $ 35 million to $ 45 million retreated to happy customers for only 1 million rubles. - About a thousand, or even one and a half thousand times cheaper.
Who are these happy buyers? Many of them have already called the “Fund for the fight against corruption”: the deputy head of the Presidential Administration Vyacheslav Volodin, the deputy chairman of the State Duma and Unicorn Sergey Nevorov, a member of the Presidium of the General Council of “United Russia” Igor Ruden, the deputy chairman of the government Sergey Prikhodko, the head of the Federal Agency for Special Construction Nikolai Anglapov.
But there are names that are not previously mentioned. Among them - at that time, the head of the Duma committee on international affairs Konstantin Kosachev, as well as a certain Yu.V. First.
What is important, among the documents there are also protocols of 2009-2010, from which you can see how the Earth was divided between participants in the cooperative. None of these sites coincides with those who brought the above gentlemen to their declarations (including Konstantin Kosachev).
Earlier, the head of the Kremlin anti -corruption department, Oleg Badoy, replied that the “basis for using” Volodin’s plot is the lease agreement, which was concluded by him on February 3, 2013 with the Pine partnership. And, they say, since the deadline for submitting declarations for 2013 expires on April 1, 2014, the “corresponding declaration” of the site “was carried out in the prescribed manner following the results of the reporting year”. However, as follows from the protocols, until 2009 Volodin was already a co -owner (not a tenant!) 116,000 square meters. m, which have not declared anywhere:
The appearance of these documents is put by Vyacheslav Volodin and other defendants in this story in a difficult situation. Now they have to refute not the words of Alexei Navalny, but official documents. And since it is obviously impossible to do this, it is very likely that the deputy head of the administration will be forced to at least leave his post.
A separate question - and who sold land to officials at this price?
As follows from the documents, the land for the DNP "Pine" was purchased from LLC "Big City". Through the base of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, it can be traced that formally the owner of this LLC is Nadezhda Ivanovna Makeva.
The name of Mrs. Makeeva previously surfaced in a scandal with a bribery of judges in connection with the sale of land all in the same Istra district of the Moscow Region.
As the media was explained then, the president of the company "Iter" Igor Makarov was in a state of protracted property conflict with his former manager Valery Korotkov. In order to seize the Fund of the Earth Moscow Region, issued to the ownership of Dyson Service CJSC, Makarov tried to initiate corruption decisions in various ships. The founder of Dyson Service CJSC was Nadezhda Ivanovna Makeeva, and the chairman of the Board of the ITER NGK Vladimir Pavlovich Makeev is the closest associate of Igor Makarov.

However, then it was not possible to sell the right decision in court, the judges were caught by the hand. On June 24, 2010, the qualification collegium of judges of Moscow satisfied the application for the resignation of the judge of the Dorogomilovsky district court Olga Novikova. Novikova herself asked for this, without waiting for the compulsory deprivation of powers, as happened with her colleague from the grandmother's court, Yekaterina Glazova. Both convicted of intervention in a corporate dispute associated with land plots, estimated at $ 170 million, the permission of which is in the competence of the arbitration court. ( The judge from the city of Torzhka of the Vladimir region intervened in the same dispute, but the qualifications of the collection limited only a warning against it).
Thus, the threads from Nadezhda Makeeva lead to ITER, whose top management was probably interested in the best relations with the highest leadership of United Russia. In any case, Igor Makarov’s business career developed incredibly successfully-if in 2005 his fortune was estimated at $ 330 million, today, according to Forbes, already $ 2.1 billion.
