In Tyumen, more than 2,000 km from the border with Ukraine, a local oil refinery is on fire due to a drone attack. The Astra publication, citing an eyewitness, reported that the plant was struck at least two times in a row. Earlier, the governor of the Tyumen region, Alexander Moor, declared a regime of unmanned danger in the region and recalled that distributing photos and videos of attacks or air defense operations is prohibited under threat of punishment.
