In June 2014, in the city of Bogdanovich, Sverdlovsk Region, the case of a 24-year-old local resident, who is accused of posting a xenophobic video on a social network, was brought to court.

In June 2014 in the city of Bogdanovich, Sverdlovsk region the investigation of the criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (excitation national hatred).

The case was initiated against a 24-year-old local resident, whom accused of what he published in February last year on his page in social network video calling for xenophobic violence.

The suspect's apartment was searched and a laptop was confiscated.

The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
