Vladivostok: a criminal case has been opened for publishing a xenophobic video on a social network

In June 2014, a criminal investigation was launched in the Primorsky Territory case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code against a 21-year-old local resident who suspected of publishing xenophobic video on social media.

The case was initiated against a 21-year-old local resident, whom accused of what he published on his page on the social network "VKontakte" xenophobic videos.

Unfortunately, it was not reported which video in question.
