In the Sverdlovsk region, the school director was brought to administrative responsibility for poor quality content filtering

On June 20, 2014 it became known that against director of the secondary school in the village of Gorodishche, Sverdlovsk region, Tavdinskaya city the prosecutor's office opened a case under Part 2 of Art. 6.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation legislation on the protection of children from information harmful to their health and (or) development).

The reason for filing a lawsuit was the fact that content filters, installed on school computers did not provide complete protection against access to prohibited information, including extremist materials.

This is the first lawsuit known to us under this article, brought against the head educational institution.
