A native of Azerbaijan was killed in Moscow. Activists of the Restrukt movement are suspected

On June 2, 2014, a 37-year-old man was attacked in Moscow Azerbaijani citizen Zaur Alyshev. The man was reportedly beaten activists of the Restrukt movement, who mistook him for a drug dealer.

According to the leadership of Occupy the Narcotics (one of Restrukt's sister movements), on the day of the attack, young people were conducting an "anti-drug raid." Deciding that Z. Alyshev was selling drugs, they handed him over to the police, but he was soon released from the department. After that, the attack took place.

The victim was beaten so that he ended up in the hospital in an unconscious state and despite the help of doctors, he died a week after the attack.

On the fact of the murder, a criminal case was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 111 Criminal Code (causing grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim).
