A verdict was handed down in the case of NS\/WP members in St. Petersburg

June 2014 Petersburg City Court passed a sentence in a criminal case against members of the neo-Nazi group NS/WP "Nevograd".

Recall that there were 9 people in the dock: Herman Wengerveld, Eugene Koryabkin, Valentin Mumzhiev, Vladimir Mumzhiev, Dmitry Abalishin, Roman Veits, Artem Zavyalov, Kirill Prisyazhnyuk and Arseniy Miroshnichenko.

Herman Wengerveld was charged under paragraphs. "a, e, g, l" part 2 Article 105 of the Criminal Code (deliberate murder of two persons with special cruelty, by a group of persons prior conspiracy, motivated by hatred and enmity in relation to any social group), part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism with the use of objects, used as a weapon), Part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal storage, transportation and carrying explosives), part 3 of Art. 223 of the Criminal Code (committing an illegal manufacture of explosives).

Court sentenced him to 24 years of imprisonment.

Vladimir Mumzhiev was charged under Part 3 of Art. 30 of the Criminal Code, p.p. "f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder committed by an organized by a group motivated by national hatred), p.p. "f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code.

Court sentenced him to 16 years of imprisonment.

Valentin Mumzhiev was accused under paragraphs. "a, d, f, l" part 2 Art. 105 of the Criminal Code, p.p. "a, c" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred, with using the media, with the threat of violence, by an organized group), part 2 Art. 213 of the Criminal Code, part 3 of Art. 223 of the Criminal Code, part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code.

Court sentenced him to 14 years of imprisonment.

Arseniy Miroshnichenko was accused under paragraphs. "f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code.

Court sentenced him to 9 years of imprisonment.

Yevgeny Koryabkin was charged under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code, p.p. "f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder committed by a group of persons on prior conspiracy, motivated by social hatred).

Court sentenced him to 7 years of imprisonment.

Dmitry Abalishin was accused under paragraphs. "f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 UK.

Court sentenced him to 7 years of imprisonment.

Artem Zavyalov was charged under Part 3 of Art. 30 of the Criminal Code, p.p. "f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code, part 3 of Art. 30 of the Criminal Code, p.p. "f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code, p.p. "a, in" Part 2 Art. 205 of the Criminal Code.

Court sentenced him to 14 years of imprisonment.

Kirill Prisyazhnyuk was charged under Part 5 of Art. 33 of the Criminal Code, p.p. "a, f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code, p.p. "a, c" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code, part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code.

Court sentenced him to 3 years in prison.

Roman Veits was charged under Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code.

Court sentenced him to 2 years of probation.

The group was established in 2009 by Georgy Timofeev, members of the association made crimes on the territory of St. Petersburg from 2009 to 2010. (More about NS/WP case see here ).They accused of committing 16 crimes, each according to the extent of the deed.

Together with G. Timofeev, the group included 12 people. The leader of the group went to deal with the investigation and was sentenced to 13 years in prison in July 2012 of the year. Another member of the group Dmitry Nedugov (born 1992) also made a deal and was sentenced to 4.5 years imprisonment in April 2012. The last member of the group is in federal search.
