Three activists of the Restrukt movement were arrested in Moscow.

On June 21, 2014, a court in Moscow ruled that three activists of the Restrukt movement, 17-year-old Kirill Filatov, as well as Andrei Makarov and Dmitry Sheldyashov, were taken into custody. In June 2015, the terms of detention were extended.

According to law enforcement agencies, they are suspected of killing Zaur Alyshev, a 37-year-old native of Azerbaijan, whom they mistook for a drug dealer. They are charged with Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code (causing grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim).

Several Restrukt activists were reportedly detained after the attack, including Alexander Shangin, leader of the Occupy Narcotics movement. The latter was later released, as were some of the rank and file members of the movement.

On June 10 and 18, the police conducted searches, but where exactly they went and whether something was seized is not reported.

In June 2015, the court extended the detention of the suspects. For K. Filatov until June 21, 2015, and for the other two suspects - until October 13, 2015.
