In Bashkiria, the case of publication of an anti-Semitic leaflet was brought to court

In Bashkiria, the case on the publication of VKontakte is submitted to the court anti-Semitic materials.

On July 1, 2014, it became known that the investigation was completed criminal case against an 18-year-old resident of the city of Oktyabrsky (Republic Bashkortostan). He is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or hostility, as well as the humiliation of human dignity).

According to the investigation, in September 2013 he published on VKontakte leaflet aimed at inciting hatred against Jews and calling for violence against them.

The case has been taken to court.
