The prosecutor's office has again recognized the video "Instruction of Sisters" as extremist.

In July 2014, in the Ulyanovsk region, the video "Instruction of the Sisters", found on the social network "VKontakte", was recognized as extremist.

The prosecutor's office of the Zavolzhsky district of Ulyanovsk found on the social network in free access "VKontakte" (http://vk.com/zagadka_01) under the username "Albina Asadullinna" a video called "Instruction of the Sisters".

According to a psychological-linguistic study, the video " contains negative statements about people who do not profess the religion of Islam, aimed at inciting hatred on the basis of their attitude to religion ."

The video from the specified page has been removed, it is located on a number of other Internet resources.

The prosecutor of the Zavolzhsky district of Ulyanovsk sent a statement of claim to the court for the recognition of the "Instructions of the Sisters" as extremist material. The application was granted in full.

Recall that in June 2013, by the decision of the Leninsky District Court Rostov-on-Don, a video with this title was recognized as extremist and included in the list (we are talking about item 2213. Videos “Inspire” and “Advice to Sisters” were recognized as extremist Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don 06/18/2013).

Recall also that in April 2014 in the Rostov region a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred) against 19-year-old Internet user for the video “Instruction sisters."
