In July 2014, an investigation into the case was completed in Moscow on vandalism motivated by ethnic hatred (part 2 of article 214 of the Criminal Code), public incitement to extremism (part 1 of article 280 of the Criminal Code) and incitement of national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).
Three young men will soon be in the dock, who are accused of scribbling on the walls of the Kaleidoscope shopping center on March 4 last year racist slogans, SS symbols and swastikas.
All three defendants are minors.
The case has already been transferred to the Tushinsky District Court of Moscow for consideration on the merits.
