Kaliningrad: administrative case regarding the publication of a prohibited video on a social network

In July 2014, in Kaliningrad, the court filed administrative case against a 47-year-old local resident who published in social media banned video.

In July 2014, an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a 47-year-old local resident, who published on his page in the social network "VKontakte" one of videos included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials. TO unfortunately, it was not reported which video in question.

The case has already gone to court.
