In July 2014, in the Belgorod region, a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).

The case was initiated against a 24-year-old local woman who suspected of publishing anti-Caucasian videos on the Internet on the VKontakte social network.

In August 2014, the case went to trial.

Previously, the suspect has already been brought to administrative liability for the public display of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 Code of Administrative Offenses).
