Bratsk: criminal case against a schoolboy who published xenophobic videos on social networks

In July 2014, in the city of Bratsk, Irkutsk Region, there were a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting a national hate).

The case was opened against the 17th student, who is accused in the fact that from September 2012 to December 2013 he published in the social networks "VKontakte" racist videos.

The young man is reported to be a supporter neo-Nazi ideology.

In August 2014, the indictment was confirmed. The criminal case was sent to court for consideration on the merits.
