Tambov region: investigation into the case of publishing anti-Caucasian comments on a social network has been completed

The case was launched against a 21-year-old local resident who was accused of that he is April 20 and 21, 2014 published anti-Caucasian comments on the VKontakte social network.

The suspect published his posts under a pseudonym.

In July 2014, the case was referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
