St. Petersburg: a neo-Nazi and his mother heard the verdict in the case of attempted escape

On July 24, 2014, the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg ruled verdict in the case of an attempted escape from custody of a member of a neo-Nazi the NS/WP groupings of Hermann Wengerveld.

He was charged with attempted escape using violence (Article 30 of the Criminal Code and Part 3 of Article 313 of the Criminal Code).

Wengerveld himself, who is accused in this case his mother, 47-year-old Monika Montvid-Volkova, who was accused of complicity in the commission of an escape from custody with the use of violence (art. 33 of the Criminal Code and Part 3 of Art. 313 of the Criminal Code, respectively). By according to the investigation, it was she who gave her son a gas canister so that he was able to escape.

The court found her guilty and sentenced her to 2 years and 2 months. conditional imprisonment.
