In July 2014, in the Kostroma region, the court fined a resident the village of Apraksino, who posted a banned video on a social network.
In July 2014 in the Kostroma district of the Kostroma region an administrative case was initiated on the distribution of prohibited materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The case was initiated against a resident of the village of Apraksino, who was charged with publication of a video called "88", which is identical in content banned video “Russian, wake up! There is a war going on against you!"
The court found the young man guilty and fined.
Separately, we note that if the convict himself renamed video and published it with a new name, knowing that the video itself is prohibited from distribution, then his guilt is unconditional, but if he publishes the video, he does not knew about its original name, and therefore had no way to check with Federal List of Extremist Materials, then, in our opinion, his condemnation doubtful.
