At the end of July 2014, Roskomnadzor restricted access to the fraudulent website, considering it extremist.
On July 31, 2014 it became known that Roskomnadzor blocked access to the site Sep-files.ru, regarding the resource as extremist. Claims departments were that the site has a description of the methods of manufacturing bombs at home.
In the Unified Registry of Domain Names, Site Page Indexes in network "Internet No. and network addresses that allow you to identify sites on the Internet" containing information, the distribution of which in the Russian Federation is prohibited, information about this site could not be found. As of July 31, access to the site was not restricted.
Sep-files.ru does not contain any extremist materials - this is a fraudulent site: it is supposedly hosted in text or video format various tips (for example, "How to get rid of the bank", "How to get rid of the pain in the stomach", etc.). However, in order to download files, you must enter phone number. A download subscription costs 20 rubles a day (this is reported by small font at the bottom of the page), and when trying to download content, the user encounters a message that the file was deleted at the request copyright holder.
Recall that such cases are already known. Thus, by the decision of the Soviet District Court of the Stavropol regions dated 02/05/2014 were recognized as extremist and made to the Federal List of Extremist Materials articles from the satirical project "Absurdopedia", in which, as a recipe for making a bomb contains instructions for making muffins and jelly, and a recipe "making an atomic bomb at home" from the site pikabi.ru, involving the use "hemispheres of purified plutonium".
