Recall that Martsinkevich is accused under paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of national hatred with the threat of violence) and Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).
He did not admit his guilt.
The criminal case appeared after he posted in social network three videos. Two of them were placed on September 14 - under titles “Throw out the chock! Election Campaigning! and "Tesak about the film "Stalingrad" and the situation in Biryulyovo ", and one on September 28 -" Cleaver about the film Around football. On December 13, 2013, a Russian court ruled on arrest in absentia Martsinkevich. On January 27, 2014, Tesak was extradited to Moscow from Havana.
