On August 15, 2014, in the city of Sochi, Krasnodar Territory, a criminal case was initiated against a 17-year-old teenager suspected under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).
According to investigators, on September 15, 2012, the teenager posted a xenophobic video in free access on his page of one of the social networks.
Unfortunately, it was not reported what kind of video was in question, it is only known that it was previously recognized as extremist by the decision of the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Tomsk.
In September 2014, the investigation was completed, and the case was referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
