In the Stavropol Territory, the court recognized the appeal as extremist Amir Seifullah to Muslim merchants who agreed to pay "rent" Orthodox bishop.
August 19, 2014 Prosecutor's Office of the Stavropol Territory reported that on August 1, the Petrovsky District Court recognized as extremist video "Appeal to merchants".
The video was discovered in the public domain by Petrovsky's prosecutor's office district and saw in it a negative assessment of a person on the basis of attitude towards religions and signs of inciting religious hatred.
We are talking about the appeal of "Walia Kabarda Balkaria and Karachay Amir Seifullah" dated January 4, 2010. The appeal was caused by rumors that "a certain a priest nicknamed Feofan collects dues from wealthy Muslims . In circulation insults to the Orthodox and calls to fight the "crusaders" are allowed .
The prosecutor's office asked the court to recognize the video extremist material. The court granted the claim. The judgment has not yet entered into strength.
