Tesak's sentence has been appealed

On August 22, 2014, the lawyers appealed the verdict Kuntsevsky District Court of Moscow to Maxim (Tesak) Martsinkevich, sentenced to five years' imprisonment to be served in strict regime colonies.
One of the lawyers Martsinkevich Alexei Mikhalchik said that the defense filed a brief complaint against Tesak’s sentence under paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred with the threat of violence), in which she asked for its cancellation.

Recall that criminal against M. Martsinkevich was initiated after he posted in social network three videos. Two of them were placed on September 14 - under titles “Throw out the chock!
