Students-historians Tikhonov and Goryachev, as they say, met in the library in the early 2000s. The magazine "Russian Image" **** was published together. Since 2006, Tikhonov went to an illegal position-he was suspected of killing the 19-year-old anti-fascist Alexander Ryukhin. He often says that Goryachev had acquaintances in the presidential administration (AP), but does not name specific surnames, except, perhaps, Leonid Simunin, the former head of the Lyubertsy branch of the Local Organization ********.
Simunin willingly agreed to meet the New Times correspondent, making an appointment late in the evening in a restaurant, where he talked with his business companions. Reading the materials of the criminal case, you constantly ask the same question: if Nikita Tikhonov tells the investigators the truth that Goryachev told him about the curator of radical nationalists by AP, then could it be that the ideologist of the “Russian image” gave out the desired for the real, what is called, filled his own price? On the other hand, rumors have been rumors about informal connections of radicals (both right and left) with security forces. It is possible that Tikhonov also knows more than he is ready to tell, and holds this knowledge in case the transaction with the investigation does not give promised alleviation of punishment.

Также отказался общаться с The New Times и Никита Иванов. Его знакомые сообщили The New Times, что бывшему сотруднику АП и бывшему члену Совета Федерации (2011–2013 гг.) «неприятно говорить на эту тему». На этот вопрос у Горячева есть объяснение: его задержали в Сербии 8 мая 2013 года, в тот же день, когда был отправлен в отставку с поста вице-премьера Владислав Сурков — Горячев подчеркивает, что это не случайное совпадение событий. И все-таки, почему в деле об убийствах, совершенных националистами, так настойчиво упоминаются сотрудники Администрации президента?
«Они не могут давать на меня показания, потому что я вообще не знаю этих людей. Не надо мне это говорить, ладно?» — так бывший глава Росмолодежи Василий Якеменко по телефону прокомментировал The New Times информацию о том,что в показаниях националистов фигурирует его имя.
«Фамилию Горячев я впервые слышу от вас. Я его не видел ни разу в жизни. Вы читали фальшивые материалы, — продолжал он уверенным тоном, не терпящим возражений. — Симунин был у меня в «Идущих вместе» в 2004 году, ушел от меня, и больше я его не видел. Что касается кураторов, то в Администрации президента курируют все, курировали националистические организации и курируют сейчас. Но курировать — это не значит иметь контроль. Там может быть пара агентов, можно кого-то о чем-то попросить, предложить денег, попросить об услуге. Но далеко не всегда это заканчивается каким-то результатом. Михаил Маркелов, старший брат убитого адвоката Станислава Маркелова, не верит, что сотрудники Администрации президента были в курсе криминальных планов организации БОРН, хотя допускает, что они вполне могли сотрудничать с Горячевым как с представителем националистической организации.
«Я думаю, что для Тихонова и Хасис — это возможность шантажировать власть, — говорит The New Times Маркелов, который всячески способствовал раскрытию убийства своего брата. — Эти ребята как бы говорят: мы работали с властью, а она нас упекла за решетку. Судя по всему, тогда доказательств связи Никиты Иванова с убийцами Маркелова-младшего не нашли. Хотя в некоторых оперативных структурах поговаривали, что бывший сотрудник АП мог знать, кто стоит за убийством адвоката и журналистки Насти Бабуровой.
«Горячева хотят посадить на 25 лет по показаниям двух уголовников, — комментирует The New Times его адвокат Марк Фейгин. — Он написал 35 страниц своих возражений по всем пунктам обвинения, которое ему предъявляют. А в суде мы будем просить о вызове на допрос Якеменко, Суркова, Симунина. Надо проверить показания Тихонова и Хасис, задать вопросы тем, о ком они столько говорят».
Глава центра «СОВА» Александр Верховский, который занимается мониторингом националистических организаций, не исключает, что Тихонов и Хасис дают показания, чтобы скостить себе сроки: «Им очень не нравится сидеть. А чтобы выйти, они кого хочешь назовут — вот они и придумали себе покровителей от власти. Тут возможны два варианта: или у них некоторая мания величия, либо это выдумка их адвокатов — правда, не очень понятно, как это их защищает. Есть и третий вариант: может, оперативники подсказали, у них ведь тоже могут быть свои интересы».
«О том, что Никита Иванов ведал «нациками», в свое время ходили разные слухи, — говорит политолог Владимир Прибыловский. — Но на самом деле вся эта молодежная политика — большая фикция. Это распил бюджета. Вполне допускаю, что мелкие чиновники Суркову хвалились, что у них есть бойцы, в случае чего пригодятся. С другой стороны, подобные организации, как «Русский образ», как БОРН, на самом деле нафильтрованы и фээсбэшниками, и ментами, а «нацики» не считают ФСБ врагами и охотно с ними сотрудничают».

Александр Верховский вспоминает, что, когда еще в 2010 году арестовали Тихонова, у него возникла мысль, что кто-то хочет насолить Суркову. Глеб Павловский, который работал советником руководителя Администрации президента в 1997–2011 годах считает, что показания, данные людьми, чья жизнь и выход на свободу — в полной власти государства, не могут рассматриваться как свободно данные и достоверные: «Это похоже на зэковский троллинг, а может быть, и троллинг на высоком уровне».
Убийства, вменяемые членам организации БОРН
10 октября 2008 г. убит 26-летний антифашист Федор Филатов.
6 декабря 2008 г. убит Салохитдин Азизов. Убийцы отрубили ему голову, упаковали в черный пакет и отнесли к Можайской горуправе.
19 января 2009 г. убиты адвокат Станислав Маркелов и журналистка Анастасия Бабурова.
27 июня 2009 г. убит 21-летний антифашист Илья Джапаридзе.
3 сентября 2009 г. убит 18-летний Расул Халилов, член банды «Черные ястребы» (кавказская радикальная националистическая группировка, получившая известность после вооруженного нападения на двух русских молодых людей в московском метро 6 мая 2008 г.).
16 ноября 2009 г. убит 26-летний лидер антифашистов Илья Хуторской по кличке Ваня Костолом.
24 декабря 2009 г. убит 27-летний Муслим Абдуллаев, чемпион Европы и мира по тайскому боксу.
12 апреля 2010 г. убит 48-летний судья Мосгорсуда Эдуард Чувашов, который рассматривал дела националистов.
15 сентября 2010 г. убит Сосо Хачикян, которого правые сайты обвиняли в том, что он якобы избил русскую девушку.
Обвинения в убийствах предъявлены членам БОРН: Вячеславу Исаеву, Максиму Баклагину, Михаилу Волкову, Юрию Тихомирову. Александр Паринов находится в бегах.
По данным следствия, еще один фигурант этого дела — Алексей Коршунов, скрывавшийся на Украине, подорвался 4 октября 2011 г. на ручной гранате во время пробежки в Запорожье.
Дело в отношении Никиты Тихонова будет рассматриваться в особом порядке — он заключил досудебное соглашение о сотрудничестве со следствием.
Дело в отношении Ильи Горячева выделено в отдельное производство, идет следствие.
