Internet sites of the "Spiritual and Tribal Power of Rus'" are recognized as extremist

In the city of Elektrostal (Moscow region), the court recognized the Internet sites of the Spiritual and Ancestral Power of Rus association as extremist.

The prosecutor's office found that the members of the "Spiritual Tribal Power of Rus'" association, which was recognized as extremist, continued its activities, sending them to various state authorities of the Russian Federation of appeals made on special forms with symbols and indicating websites. The websites indicated on the forms contain information about the activities of the banned organization.

IN In this regard, the prosecutor of the city of Elektrostal filed an application with the court for recognition of Internet resources as extremist, restriction of access to sites, including them on the Federal List of Extremist Materials.

The “spiritual-tribal Power of Russia” was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Moscow Regional Court dated April 5 , 2011.2011 The organization and its activists became defendants in various criminal and civil cases.
