The leader of the Pan-Slavic National Volunteer Association fled, violating his recognizance not to leave

Recall that in November last year against A. Valov in Murmansk, a criminal case was initiated on the fact of organizing by him in 2009 the "Military Patriotic club "White Cross" - an organization with an ultra-right ideology, and later to this charge was added the charge of committing a racist attack on a native of Uzbekistan. In May of this year, the case went to trial.

In addition to A. Valov, who was charged with Part 1 of Art. 282.1 Criminal Code (organization of an extremist community), Part 2, Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism according to motive of national hatred) and paragraph "b" part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code (beating on motive of national hatred), his colleague was also involved in this case Yevgeny Filimonov, who, in turn, is charged under Part 2 of Art. 282.1 CC (participation in an extremist community), Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism motivated national hatred) and paragraph "b" part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code (beating on the motive national hatred).

Recall that in the attack on a native of Uzbekistan, he took participation and the third nationalist - Igor Bilan. The young man gave thanks testimony and made a deal with the investigation. His case is separated into a separate proceeding. At the trial, A. Valov called I. Bilan a "police provocateur." Allegedly, he started a fight with a native of Uzbekistan for domestic reasons, and then slandered two associates, stating that the attack was carried out on their initiative and motivated national hatred.

Violation of the undertaking not to leave A. Valov explained by the fact that he did not believes in the fairness and impartiality of the judiciary.

Where A. Valov is now is not reported. Eat the assumption that he fled to Ukraine, but so far there is no confirmation of this. The second defendant in the case, E. Filimonov, did not violate his undertaking not to leave the meeting is.

A. Valov was previously convicted under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for painting swastikas in the building of a vocational school in the city of Polyarnye Zori, Murmansk region.

In 2012, he managed to sue the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Murmansk Region 40 thousand rubles for illegal detention on November 4, 2011.
