The court fined a resident of Sochi, published in Odnoklassniki materials containing signs of inciting a national and religious hatred.
July 1, 2014 it became known about guilty verdict handed down to a resident of Sochi, 27-year-old Azamat Gogichaev. He was found guilty under s. 1 st. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation human dignity).
The Adler District Court of Sochi found that the defendant published on his page in Odnoklassniki three texts aimed at incitement of national and religious hatred. These texts are included in Federal list of extremist materials.
The court sentenced the man to a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
